Poor pay, which is never on time, and is never as much as it should be. Holiday pay is a nightmare to claim back, good luck if you try. Disorganised management, and poor working conditions.
Part-time, relatively well paid, easy to pick up and for anyone to do (is just catering work), casual, can pick up a lot of shifts if want to make it a main job, shifts vary so can choose ones to fit around social life or another job.

Breaks may be rushed - but this cannot be avoided in catering work. The staff login section is sluggish when it comes to looking at shift details and requesting shifts.
