Wilcox Communities is such a collaborative company. Employees from every level are involved in decision making because every opinion counts. The company owners are kind and compassionate, driven and smart. In my many years of professional experiences, this has easily been the happiest environment I have worked in. It's so nice to see a family company grow with the needs of the surrounding community without compromising its core values.

Over the past year, there has been a high level of employee turnover, with numerous terminations that have significantly impacted morale. There appears to be a culture of favoritism, and employees who are not part of favored groups often experience inconsistent treatment, including behavior that can feel harassing or intimidating. This environment undermines trust, fairness, and psychological safety in the workplace.
