I know everything about this place, There are 2 cofounders and both are relatively lenient, The workplace is chill, they don't take you nor the company very seriously !
Cons
Firstly lets start with the pay, The pay in Kolkata is worst at this company, in the end of 2020, a manager with 25 years of experience was getting paid somewhere around 25k to 30k. In bangalore its relatively more but not to a high extent, with outbound sales specifically ensure the commission percentage is on the agreement, as when the deal is done they would say " that commission is if you sell it at our intended price, which is not possible when you are a distributor and is selling the same equipment which is priced higher but the competitor is offering it at a lower price ! " Their business mostly revolves around selling bad headsets and IP phones to call centers, The place is filled with lazy sales people and an unmotivated boss, overall I would highly recommend you stay away from this company, as there are bleak career opportunities and no growth. if you had no choice and wanted to do some time-pass for 2-3 months maybe this is for you !
