Both HR and the management team seem to have little idea about what the company and role could fit for a candidate, they are just filling vacancies because their retention rate of employees is awful. They should really train HR and the management team for talent matching, What's more? Low pay

Also, they are a little too obsessed with their company thinking they are the best in all fields therefore lack of respect to employees. What's more? The internal management is a mess : low efficiency, messy database, mismatches for roles and tasks that burden entire workflow for the company, no overtime compensation, even though they insisted that in contract they follow Chinese Labor Law, but sadly no. Flexible working hours indicates no record for working time making it hard for employees to trace and protect their own labor rights.

Wildchina is a horrible company

Wildchina office in beijing often looking for staff and specially foreign staff, they hire base on lies . Chinese staff doesnt know what is doing and overwork , most of them do not speak english and are constantly changing staff. Mei Zheng the owners is a corrupt and heartless woman, she writes her on reviews and applies for all her awards. I had seem her fired people just becuase they get pregnant. The company is just a cover up for Mei Zheng to support her lavish and luxury trips, the staff gets pay nathing and all the foreigners working there had no visa and get fired as soon as 3 months or when Me decides.
