Company requires high responsibilities of employees

Chill and peaceful (on my department at least)

No cons for me. Just doing my job well and fast, don't have a lot of meetings (3-7 hours weekly), waste another 8-15 hours weekly for programming and solving problems. But AFAIK this is not everywhere, perhaps I got lucky.
