Pros
If you worked hard, your career could really take off there. The mission was sound, and the company really did help many people that needed jobs, work experience, or other services.
Cons
Every day there were changes, and seldom for the better. Management would change, projects would be introduced, scrapped, reintroduced as a different project, and mass layoffs would occur, only to hire slightly fancier versions of the people we already had.
