Cons
The owner is one of the rudest, uptight people I've ever met. I've been working for over 10+ years at this point and have never met someone SO rude and unprofessional a day in my life. They hire you for one title but then throw 5 million other things on you with little to no raise for the work you are doing. The HR department is beyond incompetent and can help with barely anything, complaints aren't really taken seriously - just filed with no true fix. It's quiet, dull, and a terrible work environment and when I quit I never looked back. They still call me on my PERSONAL cell phone for help to this day. Unless you are a male, you will not move up at this company. STAY AWAY.
