      Pros

      Great facility to work at, very nice residents, and a tight knit staff.

      Cons

      They do not pay nearly what their lower tier staff deserves. Executives all make large salaries while they keep the people that make that place stay standing alot less than current wages for the positions. The quality of the retirement center has been and is continuing to degrade quickly. Only thing to get new employees and keep your current ones; pay them more.

      Pros

      Interesting perks like discounted lunches for three and $5. A resale shop within the company to be able to purchase clothes or furniture.

      Cons

      A structural change within the administration that gave loftier titles to people without the experience. Made it very difficult to work and communicate with anyone who completely understood the workings of each department.
