Pros
The pay was competitive, we were paid OT in accordance with the labor laws, the work was hard but fair, no one asked us to do anything we couldn't, and I was given chances to use my experience as a crew chief even though I wasn't hired in that position. Myself and several other crew were given a bonus when we were done with the work. We received perdiem and motel costs, and were not asked to pay for anything out of pocket. All in all a decent experience. Had to get myself to the job but was provided company transport from then on. Had a good meal or two on the company as a goodwill gesture - nice.
Cons
The supervisors could be somewhat driven, perhaps by schedule or cost. It didn't affect work other than a constant feeling of needing to cover ground, but then again that's the business. Had to cut a work day short due to bad weather and didn't get paid beyond what work we had in, but that's common in CRM as well.
