A very simple and clear job, people-facing and great for students who are balancing classwork with jobs. The hours are manageable and work is consistent.

The only raise is from $15 to $15.25 after one year, but becomes stagnant. There is also no elevation in the job, and little space to voice opinions or make changes to how the facilities work.
