It is a competitive market within our industry to source candidates at all levels and we strive to maintain a diverse workforce of teammates at various levels of experience, including co-op students and new graduates. We use the latest market data to provide competitive compensation and benefits in our industry. Thank you for your feedback on pricing, we strive to ensure our projects are priced accurately to allow budget for hours needed by our employees to complete the work. The company does not condone employees working on their own time and has a very comprehensive overtime policy. Internal communications have been shared that all hours must be accounted for.
