The managers take all your tips away. No company values. Extreme abuse in all forms from managers. You & Jeff need to treat your employees as humans and let them take seat when no one is in the store and be congruent with your company values and culture. Don't steal the tips of your employees only because don't have papers and if you going to do it then don't force the 20% tip on every check. And please stop scamming the elderly with mental health issues. We all know the big money stolen out of their memberships charges.
