I work 12 hours a day and like working 3 on 4 off.

There is not enough help.

The clients are for the most part awesome and why I stayed so long.

Lack of communication within all departments. Money focused management instead of client based. I've had to have clients in reflections detoxing hard because they missed group and got a med pass. There's also been clients denied job interviews due to missing group and the company not being paid. Being called or texted at 8:30pm to finish something.
