Absolutely no work-life balance. Zero accountability for management, particularly in sales. Toxic sales manger who blames staff for his inexperience in leadership. No onboarding, zero training and when you make a mistake due to poor training you get the ax. High turnover in sales due to terrible management, yet the manager is never held accountable and the CEO has granted this manager freedom to destroy his sales department. This manager has a God complex, lacks empathy and gloats in knowing they can run the sales department without accountability from the CEO.
