I am sorry to hear of the experience you have had with WilsonCTS. Our culture is incredibly important and work hard to create an atmosphere that reflects our values of collaboration, ownership, integrity, communication, and passion.
With regards to micro-management, it’s hard to speak toward this without all the specifics, though we also strive to empower our team members with all the training, tools, and resources they need to be successful and advance in their careers.
