Where do I start! This role was mis-sold from day one. I should have known when they asked me to withdraw my application from the recruitment agent. This was a painful experience, no support, no targets set but then massive expectations, I’ve never been spoke to by my Dad the way I have in this position let alone someone who’s supposed to give you motivation. Monday morning meetings well well well!! If you want your staff to quit they no how to go about it. To start on day one and be dumped in an office out the way with no one around you or showing you the ropes is not how you run a successful department. Set out to fail from the offset. To be told commission would be paid upon sales but then only after probation was the icing on the cake.

Management and the team were great to work with - pulled together when busy and a great team spirit

as with any job and team, there were some that didn't pull their weight and caused issues, but management were unwilling to resolve or deal with any problems
