      Pros

      - If your supervisors like you, you can do anything you like without consequences. - The owners are wonderful and nice

      Cons

      - The pay is less than desirable - While the owners are nice, their regional managers and the VP don’t listen to feedback from staff and are generally rude. - They promote and publicly recognize employees to are rude to staff and residents, who insult them behind their backs. - Rules don’t apply for employees that certain supervisors like - Pay increases are minimal

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Lots of fun company outings.

      Cons

      Only real con if you can count it as one, is that Sundays are open while most competitors are closed. Not too much happens on Sundays most of the time.

      Have to push for salary increases. Other roles see greater raises then PMs
