      Lesson plan is provided so little preparation is needed.

      Cons

      long hours and exhausting if you're unlucky like me who has a full schedule (6-7 hours straight classes with 10mins break in between)

      My employer for this franchise was very kind and didn't microminage.

      They offer fixed salary, and never got the chance to use my paid leave.
