Pros
Good insurance, but it gets taken away if you don't make enough hours, also paid holidays and vacation, also paid sick leave.
Cons
cutting hours, management dont do anything about people that come to work and dont do their job. adding more work to the same hours. many employees don't takes their job serious, making it hard for others.
