      Great pay raise system, benefits, nice people to work with, and lovely retirement system.

      Cons

      Out of company hiring for positions, Favoritism, not much room to rise if no one goes anywhere, unfair demotions or firing.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
