Training was extensive and promises looked great! Training manager was very attentive and nice!
Cons
I did not know they had a point system for being two minutes late. I did not know they only provided 1/2 hour lunch schedules. When I interviewed on the phone I was told it was possible to pick up my child after school to take her home on my lunch break. I couldn't do it in 30 minutes, because her school was on the other side of town. When I told the manager I would not be taking the position, she became angry, short tempered, sarcastic and belittling. This behavior was in total contrast to what behavior they expected from their employees..All I could think was lies, lies, lies...before this happened I would shop on occasion at Winco, Now NO THANKS! I will shop somewhere else.
