Do yourself a favor and DON'T do it - Anonymous employee WinCo Foods Employee Review

Being employed by crooks. All these reviews talking about being a great place to work is crap!! These are posted by management or people who are favorites and get 40 hours a week with the benefits. THEY DO EVERYTHING TO PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING BENEFITS. ONE WEEK YOU MAY WORK 35 HOURS. THE NEXT WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR 4. THEY HAVE A REQUIREMENT OF 100 HOURS WORKED PER MONTH FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS TO GET BENEFITS AND THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT IN ORIENTATION. I WORKED IN 6 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS IN 8 DIFFERENT ROLES AND NEVER PULLED 40 HOURS A WEEK OUT OF THE STORE. NEVER!!!!
