      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, Janitor and Cart Clerk job are somewhat intertwined (Janitor can cover carts for breaks (Janitor asks if I'd rather do carts or clean the bathroom, without hesitation I will always clean the bathroom)

      Cons

      For this job, in particular, I have nearly been hit by a car at least 5 times, On top of that you have to deal with varying weather, anything between 100-degree weather to snow (Water has been provided for heat and jackets for cold weather)

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      Management will expect a lot out of you if you’re a hard worker. Sometimes they pile too much on certain employees.
