Great health care and insurance package, 401k, and time off. Management was very receptive to the needs of employees while still ensuring the customers received what they needed.

As a Department of Defense contractor there were times when the renewals of the contracts were not announced until late. This caused employees to wonder if they would have a job the next week. This happened to me twice in two and a half years which caused a little bit of stress.
