      Good salary, supportive team mates, experience was great

      Cons

      Micro management, toxic work life balance. No respect by the manager. Sometime you need to work on weeks. Company ethics are dead. No job security.

      Pros

      Working at a startup is a whole different experience. There are many exciting opportunities and a lively work culture. I've learned to handle multiple tasks and be more flexible with my work and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, some tasks take up a lot of time, but we can do nothing about it.

      I never get such kinda healthy environment which I am getting here. The culture of work and the people all are very supportive. Cant explain because its speechless

      There are nothing to say any down side which I cam share because I never seen any such kinda things .all is perfect .
