Google toxic leadership and this will give you an idea of what you’re working with at winc. In my opinion, the thing with startups is you expect them to be unorganized and chaotic, which is fine. However, what you don’t expect and what really separates Winc from other companies is how toxic and unprofessional its Exec/VP team is. A few people in that team shouldn’t be there, but the example here is the most unprofessional and most toxic get to the top at Winc. From the sloppy hiring practices to the very out-of-touch leadership team, save yourself the time and work anywhere else. Everything here is done very reactive not proactive. There is never a plan in place just tons of work thrown on its employees. It is what it is here, it's all this company knows. Also, all the positive reviews on this company seem to be very vague and lack a lot of detail, mention 110% a lot. Kind of weird and to be very honest doesn't fit the sad culture here at all.
