      Some decent people around the company

      Senior members are given full control, with the directors not caring and letting them do what they want, no matter how wrong - no consequences. This aligns with a few other reviews. Nothing has changed nor will it. HR does not care for the treatment of employees, and try to cover it up by having useless meetings every month, just to "show" they are doing something. Progression is not based on how hard you work its how much you kiss someone's backside. Both Designers and back office staff have a extremely high turnover in staff, says a lot.

      Having been quite alarmed by this review, we have of course taken steps to speak with our Management Accountant. They were equally surprised by the post as they are very happy in their role and feel upset that their position has been used in this way. It is very sad and disappointing that someone has used this anonymous platform to spread misinformation about the company and we wish to reassure anyone reading this review that the sentiment is not shared at all by the current finance team.

      None that stand out — as with any fast-paced environment, priorities can shift quickly, but the team always supports each other through it.

      Cons

      Hard to progress, mid-level management could be better, salaries are low.
