Some processes are a bit antiquated, but changing

Some attorneys are good to work with. All the Legal Secretaries are helpful and welcoming.

Some attorneys yell at their secretaries. While this is abusive, it continues. There are no dedicated software trainers. Secretaries have to train others while keeping up their own workload. Things are always done the same way, so processes can't ever improve.
