      There are some amazing people that work there! Understanding and reasonable, very great attitudes and willingness to listen and help.

      Cons

      Competitively, the pay/benefits lack behind other companies. Insurance isn’t too great and the compensation scale is very skewed.

      Pros

      Owners are amazing and down to earth. The technicians are hard working and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Project manager in the Midland Michigan office, Andy Bell, is a toxic employee. He will undermine the company to make himself look better. He has instilled a toxic work environment in the office. I had many bad experience with him. Other company offices are wonderful and the people are great. If you have to work for or under Andy Bell, find somewhere else to work.
