Pros
The autoplas team does not dictate what needs to happen to improve. They involve everyone and promote team work to drive continuous improvement. A great company to work for. One of the few company's that actually understands people make a company great and they want to help their associates to become the best. The plant is dedicated to leadership development and are constantly researching programs and training for all. They promote and invest in educating the technical Work force. (Paulson, RJG, robotics, technical school and more) have one of the best onboard training programs and are always looking for ways to improve on the job training programs.
Cons
I honestly can't think of one thing to say would be a con. Only challenge is there are so many great ideas coming from the associates there isn't enough time in a day to implement all the new programs fast enough.
