Management genuinely cares about employees and tries to give opportunities for hard working people to advance

Performance reviews and pay increases are not as frequent as other companies.

It started off great until it was derailed.

During my time at Winegard, my team and I grew the company’s market share from 27% to approximately 80%. Despite this success, leadership, particularly the Director of Business Development, repeatedly took credit for my work while engaging in workplace harassment and dishonesty. Reports to HR and the company president were ignored, creating a toxic environment that affected not just me but multiple employees. Eventually, after years of this behavior, the individual was terminated. However, the damage done to employees remains. Future candidates should be aware of the company’s past handling of executive misconduct before making their decision.
