Young and innovative startup with a great product. The management hierarchy is ultra transparent and flat. Management listens to your ideas and has sound principles. European vacation perks. Most of the company has roots from ETH Zurich so my colleagues are all very intelligent and exciting people to work with. No drama or negativity everyone seems to have an always improve mentality and helps each other by giving constructive feedback.

Typical startup struggles, resources are strapped to keep up with demand and requests, it would be nice to have more investment capital to scale faster and hire more staff. Ping Pong table is only available after 5pm.

The work environment often felt chaotic, with no clear direction. - Persistent micromanagement undermined autonomy and derailed sound professional judgement. - Being heard and respected was especially difficult without fitting into a narrow mold. When I raised concerns, It was repeatedly implied that I was a poor "culture fit" and not suited for working at a scale-up. I absolutely don't agree with this. But, even if this is true, I don’t think it invalidates my points above.
