Their consistent efforts to engage with employees and foster a positive work environment are clearly reflected in the improving company culture. 2. Director - Director of Operations Mr. Narendra Kulkarni stands out as a great leader who connects well with employees across all levels. He takes the time to understand individual needs and provides strong personal and professional support, which creates a positive and inclusive work environment.

Lack of support & organized training : Few people expect work to be done without giving proper help or guidance. They don’t take active support , ownership & dedication to teach the team or improve how things are done. They don't care about the team & company's overall growth. They only care about what looks good on the surface rather than real performance. They believe in Controlling rather than Supporting. There is also unprofessional behavior, like Gossiping and Complaining about ALL company employees, which feels childish and brings down the team spirit.

Supportive Team & Management – The leadership was approachable, and team collaboration was strong.
