Worked with some genuinely supportive and talented teammates. Collaborative environment at peer level. Good learning exposure initially

Leadership lacks clarity and consistency in decision-making. Decisions are highly centralized; little room for individual input. Work culture can feel toxic if you’re not aligned with management. Employees are often judged more on pleasing leadership than actual performance. Role expectations can change frequently, regardless of your learning curve or expertise. Accountability is uneven, execution issues are often blamed on employees even when decisions come from the top

Almost nothing. Have not found anything positive there

No job security. You can be fire anytime. You come to office at office timing but you will leave at your manager mood. Mostly working late night, weekends and from office. And late night means here 1AM and 2 AM.
