- projects based on new technology relevant to the market trends - Big names to work with -customers are generally market leaders in their domain - Practice do adress issues and challenges faced by associates - Good work life balance - employee benefits are plenty
Cons
- heirarchies are somehow still being followed which has both pros and cons to it. - internal movements are tough although it has a very smooth process in place.
