Pros
All the employees in the U.S. office were exceptional. They were the best, and their teamwork was the best I've seen so far. The atmosphere within the office was also brighter and more cheerful than any other company I've experienced.
Cons
The headquarters employees from Korea have ruined everything in the U.S. office. They fired many people and engaged in unfair practices towards numerous employees. There was also invisible racial discrimination. In fact, before the headquarters employees from Korea came, the U.S. office had around 25-30 employees, but by the time I left, there were only 8 employees left. They have also blocked all potential for advancement for the employees. Employees were deprived of any opportunity to transfer to different positions.
