What they claim to be selling is not who they truly are. It's best to read through the reviews to get a better understanding of the situation - not everyone is disgruntled and wrong. The company lacks a clear leadership strategy, and those who have been there for a long time tend to ensure that you do not pose a threat to them, even if it means stepping over others. They may lie to your face and pretend everything is fine, but they will tell their supervisors a different story. It's not about achieving results or making an impact; it's all about having the right connections.
