Pros
Helpful management and determined for growth. Depending in the market or owners you work for, their could be great room for growth. If you stand out and are a go getter it will go noticed. Maybe not immediately but they'll eventually scratch your back if you make them money.
Cons
Very competitive and you must bend over backwards to go above and beyond to get a decent salary. High sales goals however if you do actually meet it then you could make out well but expect to put in 55+ hours of work to do so unless you are working at an extremely high foot traffic store as that is what makes a sale at the end of the day. If you are not willing to literally hustle it out and listen to management breathe down your neck to get a sale on everyone that walks through the door, do not apply.
