Shady zone - Anonymous employee Wireless Zone Employee Review

They sell refurbished phones as new, they train employees to lie to customers about products/services to make more money, the hours are long, management takes advantage of lower tiered employees. They like to act like they care about their employees when they only care about their own pockets. They unlawfully store sensitive customer information, even though it goes against Verizon privacy policy, they fire anyone who tries to stand their ground for practicing with ethical business practices.
