Pros
-Great Experience working with high profile companies VW, aspen Ferrari, etc. (If you good at what you doing) -Free coffee -Medical Aid -Great Retirement benefits -Gym (Its small but something) -Lots of clubs (paddle courts, basket ball, chess etc.) -They pay R25 into food daily if you order on there food system(Lunch can cost less than R10 at work for a good meal) - 8,5 hours Monday- Thursday (End at 4pm) - Friday 6 hours( end at 1 pm ) -2 days work from home a week -Remember the harder you work the more opportunities will come. You make your own luck.
Cons
-Port Elizabeth Pay Rate, some say they get paid less (Expect lower salaries in PE that's a given) -Lots of Juniors compared to seniors -Not many specialist opportunities
