Remote working environment and great culture

Lack of benefits, salary was not competitive

I work at Wirkn since more than a year, and my experience is very positive. It's a small, but very fun team to work with. It's a startup, so I have lots of opportunities to develop and learn. Management is involved in every aspect of the business and they are very open to suggestions from employees from any level / seniority.

Nothing major. Working from has been difficult at first, but I can't blame management for the pandemic. Now we are still 99% working from home, and it's fine.
