Pros
The flight lesson discounts are great. If you are working full time expect to pay way less for flight training vs other places. Working with airplanes and pilots everyday is pretty sweet.
Cons
Our department is great, however the communication with management is difficult. If you care about a great work/life balance then you may want to look elsewhere. We operate with older equipment and communication with front desk can sometimes become an issue.
