Good pay for doing receptionist-like work.
Cons
Very little actual training within the field you're working, especially as a CSP Counselor. They expect you to never make a mistake ever! And you need to know how to do your job within a month, even if you do not have access to the systems or computers. The people within the local TAP that I was a part of will tell you one thing to your face and then say another behind your back. Management hovers very badly and treats people like children. It is very degrading, and the mental health of the people there is low. The stress is not worth the mental strain and low self-esteem that happens there.
