A company within an exciting corporate group.

I felt that they Wise Professionals oversell the company at my interview. They are working with commission as a part of your salary. During my interview I was told that the average commission in my position was a lot higher then it showed out to be when I started there and talked to the employees within my field. During the probationary period they didn't pay provisions for pensions. The requirement for the Management position were often based on former friendships that lacked strategic competence and outlook. When I decided to quit I was told that one manager were going to call me to have an exit interview. They didn't live up to that promise, and never called.
