Crazy hours but that is no different anywhere else

The people you work with are generally great people. Lots of caring individuals who love what they do. The job gives you a sense of purpose as your work directly affects the wellbeing of other people.

Management could be better. Big lack of communication downwards from management. Lots of last minute projects when management knew about the projects months ahead of time. You're expected to do work that people who get paid more than you should be doing, but you won't get any extra pay for it.
