The firm is very entrepreneurial and allows for team members to start initatives.

The pay increases relative to inflation are a bit disappointing. A senior accountant is only making $7,500 more than an entry-level "Empower" Staff Level I Accountant. The firm is a bit disorganized within its utilization/scheduling, and constantly pushes for team members to hit their billable hour goal which is honestly very unattainable in the tax department.
