      Pros

      Great team, great culture. A very fast paced environment, the perfect situation to get exposure to a wide range of matters, taking ownership and getting the right exposure.

      Cons

      Not much. Sometimes the pace is very demanding.

      Pros

      Strong onboarding with lots of well-produced training and enablement available on demand. Corporate culture driven by colleagues who seem genuinely enthusiastic about being here, a product that is genuinely differentiated, and a market opportunity that is genuinely exciting. All in all, a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      Hiring/People growth is slightly outpacing Process growth, but nothing that makes life too difficult. Lots of unknowns about life as a Google company.
