There is no room for promotion so beware if you are planning to join here.People who are working here from last 10-15 years are on the same old designation (sales executive), company doesn't take any initiative to promote tenure employee,or updating their skills.The job is monotonous, so think before you join and yes,the owner of the company "Siddharth Banthia" hasn't cleared pf balance since 2019 December.He doesn't even know what is going on with the pf problem,Even if he has cleard a little bit of the PF amount, he has only deposited the employee contribution; till date, he has never deposited the employer contribution in the PF account from December 2019 till now.So think before coming here.Don't destroy your future.
