Pros
Easy-going atmosphere, no overtime, flexible hours, help with visa, and the free private Japanese or English classes for employees is a nice special benefit.
The company is not big so it is relatively easy to talk to any staff, and if you need help, usually there is always someone who will try to help you if you ask.
The company is more and more focused on people more than profit, and so is improving their career management and human resource area (slowly but surely?)
A good start if you want to join the game industry in Japan from abroad.
Cons
Not much organizational structure, not much communication between different teams or job roles, which leads to misunderstanding, failure to understand some company's decisions, or just lack of interest in the company's activities.
Despites about 10 years of activity, the company still feels like an inexperienced "start-up" company, but without much or very slow growth.
Employees are from different nationalities which creates a good multicultural environment, but the separation between foreign and Japanese staff is quite strong.
