Pros

You get paid every two weeks instead of the 1st and 15th

Cons

This firm is NOT the place to be! I spent years at Wolf, and still with my hard work and tenure I was devalued, picked apart, and talked down to. Existing staff management is inexperienced. The turnover rate on staff AND management is VERY HIGH. This is the first law firm the office manager has ever worked for and it's very apparent. Since staff management is inexperienced and unfamiliar with the legal sector, micro-managers will be assigned to you to pick apart everything you do. If you call in sick you are questioned incessantly. And expect that a sick day will be brought up six months later when they decide there's something about you they don't like. There is NO staff appreciation at this firm. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can or start working here but expect to be devalued, questioned and watched in a tense environment with horrible morale.

Pros

I cannot say enough good things about this firm. My coworkers are my extended family, very supportive and a pleasure to work with. The attorneys are beyond 5 stars. WRSSR encourages growth and provides the tools to maximize abilities.

Cons

Not a thing to add here.

Pros

As a manager, I've enjoyed being able to work closely with attorneys and staff across the firm. The job offers a lot of variety and overall it is a great place to work for if you're looking for professional growth. The compensation is very competitive, the health benefits are strong and the firm supports work-life balance. The office location is another plus - set away from busier buildings and conveniently close to two major freeways.

Cons

The demand from attorneys and the pace can be very fast moving. To succeed here, you need strong organizational and time management skills. Also need to be tech-savvy and comfortable using different systems and tools to keep up with the demands of work.
